Sprocket Studios is a studio space primarily focused on artwork. We take on outside projects as time allows and are always happy to work with folks local to us in Philadelphia.
Laser cutting and engraving
We have an 80 watt CO2 laser cutter with a 17 x 29 inch working area. We can cut or engrave wood, leather, plastics, paper, and cardboard. Anodized aluminum and powder coated metals can be engraved to remove the coating.
There is no minimum job size, pricing is handled on a case by case basis.
Sublimation Printing
Sublimation uses heat reactive ink which permanently adheres to specially prepared surfaces. We can sublimate on materials up to 9 inches by 12 inches, including t shirts, neoprene can cozies, coasters, and puzzles.
3D printing
We have additive 3D printers, which can quickly print thermoplastics such as PLA, PETG, and ABS, and resin 3D printers which can print objects with extremely fine details.
